My order has not been delivered, what should I do?

We are sorry to hear your order has not yet been delivered. 

In this scenario you should contact the restaurant directly and provide your order reference number. They are best placed to provide you with an update on your order and anticipated delivery time. 
Your order number can be found on your order confirmation email and within the "My order" -> "Delivery Order History" section of the app. 
The delivery times provided by the restaurant are estimated times so please allow a reasonable time after the estimated time for your delivery to arrive, these are for deliveries under 1.5miles. If your order is greater than 1.5 miles frim the restaurant it may take longer for the delivery to arrive.

Increased delivery times should be expected during bad weather conditions. If the weather continues to deteriorate during the evening an order might have to be cancelled if the delivery is unable to be made.
