How will I receive my e-codes?

You will receive your e-codes via email. E-codes are sent via email and can sometimes take up to an hour to arrive they may arrive in your Spam or Junk folders so please check all your email folders or contact us before attempting to purchase again.

If you can’t access the email address associated with your tastecard membership anymore please contact us via our online form select the Enquiry Reason "Update Details".
