I can't log in!

As part of some exciting changes, we have released new apps to the App and Play Stores on 25th August. However we were made aware of some bugs and have released a new version of our app. This means customers will need to ensure they have the latest version of the tastecard app to enable access. 

We recommend a full uninstall and reinstall to ensure you are on the most up to date version. You will see the version of our app in your App store / Play store depending on your phone.

iPhone –Version 6.9.20

As part of these changes, you may be asked to reset your password when attempting to “LOG IN” to the new app for the first time. If you have any difficulties please use the password reset option in the first instance. Emails from us maybe filtered into your spam/junk folders so please check these as well as your inbox.
