How do I reset my password?

  1. Please make sure you have the most recent version of our app installed on your phone (Android– Version 6.27.1.3760 OR iPhone– Version 6.89.53 
  2. Insert your email on the first page then click the "forgotten password" option
  3. If we recognise the email we will send you a link to re-set your password 
  4. Check your inbox and spam /junk folders for your password re-set email. If this hasn't arrived in a few minutes search for "tastecard" in your mailbox.
  5. Once you can see the email, click the link and re-set your password. Your password needs to include 8 characters, an uppercase letter, lowercase letter and a number (it can't be the same as an old password you may have used previously)
