I can see more than one membership on my app
In our app you can see your membership number and the renewal date in the “My Account Section”.
Every time your membership renews, we create you a new membership number. Our monthly customers may see a lot of membership numbers as you get a new membership number every month. If you click on an older membership number it will show as expired, if it has passed its renewal date.
Some customers have multiple “Active” memberships to allow larger groups to dine at restaurants that allow multiple tastecards to be used (please check with the restaurant when booking if this is allowed).
If you have 2 “active” membership numbers showing, you may have set up 2 memberships up at different times. However, if you don’t think you should have 2 memberships active, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team and we will be happy to help.
